An organisation, trade union or local business that wants to become an apartheid-free zone (AFZ) commits to providing no support of any kind to Israel's regime of oppression.

Why apartheid-free zones?

BDS Denmark wants to ensure that Danish companies and organisations do not contribute to upholding a regime of genocide and apartheid, do not profit from serious human rights violations, and are not influenced or shaped by any of these. Israel's genocidal war against the 2.3 million Palestinians in the occupied and besieged Gaza Strip has heightened the importance of expanding apartheid-free zones: there is no “business as usual” under apartheid and genocide.
